Reports

The reports are the pinnacle and goal of the solution and the System.

You can see current list of the reports in vertical menu.

The reports organized the same as they are represented in the System. On the root level they are grouped in:

  • Operating Statements
  • Financial Statements
  • Financial Ratios and Operating Metrics
  • Financial Ratios

Financial Statements are connected to company. They are standard financial statements:

  • Balance Sheet or Statement of Financial Position
  • Statement of Income or Profit and Loss Statement or Statement of Comprehensive Income
  • Statement of Owners’ Equity
  • Statement of Cash Flow

Operating Statements and Financial Ratios and Operating Metrics are broken down into company summary statement and departmental statements.

Financial Ratios report is the single report that include all financial metrics or ratios.

All reports are showed as separate tables. In case if some report includes two tables with different set of columns or logically separated reports, they are represented as several sub-reports. For example, Summary Operating Statement includes two tables. Balance Sheet report includes 6 separate tables: Assets, Liabilities and 4 options of Owners’ Equity: for Corporations, for Partnerships, for Limited Liability Companies, for Sole Proprietorships.
